AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 159 (Woodlawn and
Old Warson) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 159 (Woodlawn and Old Warson).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 159
(Woodlawn and Old Warson) shall be as follows:

WOODLAWN & OLD WARSON
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerlines of Woodlawn Avenue (40 feet wide); and Old Warson Road
(40 feet wide); thence in an easterly direction along the
centerline of said Old Warson Road to its intersection with the
northerly extension of the west line of a tract of land conveyed
to "Old Warson Country Club" on December 7, 1959 by daily number
284; thence in a southerly direction along said prolongation of
and along the west line of Old Warson Country Club property to a
point 400.00 feet north of the southwest corner of said Old Warson
property; thence in an easterly direction in a straight line to a
point in the east line of said Old Warson property, said point
being located 400.00 feet north of the southeast corner of said
Old Warson property; thence in a southerly direction along the
east line of said Old Warson property, a distance of 400.00 feet
to the southeast corner of said Old Warson Tract; said point being
also the northeast corner of Fairview Lane Plat No. 2 Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 35 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence in a westerly direction along the north lines of
Fairview Lane Plat No. 2 Subdivision and Fairview Lane Plat No. 1
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 34 of the St. Louis
County Records, and the westerly prolongation of this line to its
intersection with the centerline of Woodlawn Avenue (40 feet
wide); thence in a northerly direction along said centerline of
Woodlawn Avenue (40 feet wide) to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1961.
