AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Town of Olivette, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement and has granted
the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described portion of sewer easement:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide and marked
"Existing 10 foot Easement" on the Subdivision Plat, and lying in
Lot 4 of Bonhomme Woods, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 99,
pages 70 and 71 of the St. Louis County Record:, which portion
begins at the northwestern line of the rounded intersection of the
east-west and north-south portions of Bonhomme Woods Drive and
extends northwardly to the south line of an easement denominated
"Ditch Easement" on said Plat, such vacated portion being
approximately 110 feet in length.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1961.
