AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
457, adopted October 20, 1960, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 104 (Beacon Hill North) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 457, adopted October 20,
1960, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 104 (Beacon Hill North), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, Lot A of Beacon Hill Subdivision, according to the
subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 39 of the Records
of St. Louis County, Missouri, for the reason that the Board of
Trustees finds that said lot is beyond the area capable of being
efficiently served by the facilities proposed to be constructed in
such Subdistrict.
Section Two of said Ordinance No. 457, as amended,
shall read as follows:
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 104
(Beacon Hill North) shall be as follows:

BEACON HILL NORTH
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Ladue Road and the northern prolongation of the east
line of Lot 2 in Beacon Hill Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
50 on Page 39 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along said prolongation and along the east line of Lots 2 and 4 to
the northeast corner of Lot A of said Beacon Hill Subdivision;
thence southwestwardly and southwardly along the northwest and
west lines of said Lot A to the southwest corner of said Lot A:
thence westwardly along the westward prolongation of the south
line of said Lot A to the northeast corner of property now or
formerly owned by Robert L. and Dorothy J. Hartup as recorded in
Deed Book 4117 on Page 433 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Hartup property to the
southeast corner of said property; thence westwardly along the
south line of said Hartup property and continuing along the
western prolongation of said south line to the west line of Beacon
Hill Lane; thence southwardly, southwestwardly and westwardly
along the west, northwest and north line of said Beacon Hill Lane
to the northeast corner of Lot 17 in said Beacon Hill Subdivision;
thence westwardly along the north line of said Lot 17 to the west
line of said Subdivision; thence southwardly along said west line
to its intersection with a line parallel with and 1.050 feet south
of the south line of Ladue Road; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
610 feet west of the west line of said Beacon Hill Subdivision;
thence northwardly along said last mentioned parallel line and
along the northern prolongation of said parallel line to the
centerline of said Ladue Road; thence eastwardly along said
centerline of Ladue Road to the point of beginning.
