AN ORDINANCE transferring the sum of Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the balance in the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Subdistrict
Planning Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
balance in the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund (Account
No. 1-3441) and such sum shall be and hereby is transferred to the
Subdistrict Planning Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 6, 1961.
