AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund
to be used for the preliminary engineering expenses of the
Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund to be used for the preliminary engineerirg expenses of the
Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 6, 1961.
