AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
449, adopted October 7, 1960, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 113 (Capitol Hill) of The Metropolitan St.Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 449, adopted October 7,
1960, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 113 (Capitol Hill), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, Lot 79 of Capitol Hill Subdivision, Plat No. 3 according
to the subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 16 of the
Records of St. Louis County, Missouri, for the reason that the
Board of Trustees finds that said lot is beyond the area capable
of being efficiently served by the facilities proposed to be
constructed in such Subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 449, as
amended, shall read as follows:
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 113
(Capitol Hill) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the northwestern
corner of Capitol Hill Plat No.4, a subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 58 on Page 9 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office;
thence eastwardly along the northern line of Lot 14, in said
Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision to the northeastern corner of
said Lot 14; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern line of
said Lot 14 and its prolongation southeastwardly to its inter-
section with the centerline of Old Manor Road, 50 feet wide and
private; thence northeastwardly and eastwardly along the
centerline of said Old Manor Road to its intersection with the
prolongation northwardly of the eastern line of Lot 35 in said
Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision; thence southwardly along the
prolongation northwardly of the eastern line of said Lot 35, the
eastern line of Lot 35 and the eastern line of Lot 34 in said
Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision to the northwestern corner of
Lot 31 in said Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision; thence
eastwardly along the northern line of Lots 31 and 30 in Capitol
Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision to the northeastern corner of said Lot
30; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 30 and
its prolongation southwardly to its intersection with the
centerline of Green Slope Drive, 50 feet wide and private; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of said Green Slope Drive to its
intersection with the prolongation northwardly of the eastern line

of Lot 24 in said Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision; thence
southwardly along the prolongation northwardly of the eastern line
of Lot 24 and the eastern line of Lot 24 to its southeastern
corner; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Lots 56 and
55 in Capitol Hill Plat No. 2, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
52 on Page 9 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, to the
northeastern corner of said Lot 55; thence southwardly along the
eastern line of said Lot 55 and the prolongation southwardly of
the eastern line of Lot 55 to its intersection with the centerline
of Capitol Hill Drive, 50 feet wide and private; thence westwardly
and southwestwardly along the centerline of said Capitol Hill
Drive to its intersection with the prolongation southeastwardly of
the southwest line of Lot 80 in Capitol Hill Plat No. 3, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 58 on Page 16 in the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office; thence northwestwardly along the
prolongation southeastwardly of the southwest line of said Lot 80
and the southwest line Lot 80 to the westernmost corner of said
Lot 80; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of Lot
80 of said Capitol Hill Plat No. 3 subdivision to the southern
line of Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 subdivision; thence westwardly
along the southern line of said Capitol Hill Plat No.4 Subdivision
to the southwestern corner of Capitol Hill Plat No. 4 Subdivision;
thence northwardly along the western line of said Capitol Hill
Plat No. 4 Subdivision to the
point of beginning."
