AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
490, adopted January 5, 1961, and revising the boundaries of

Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 490, adopted January 5,
1961, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 114 (Sackston Woods), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the area described as follows: Beginning at a point, said
point being the southeast corner of Lot A in Beacon Hill
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 50 on Page 39 of the St.
Louis County Records; said point also being a point on the west
line of property now or formerly owned by George H. and Ella

Dielman property to the northeast corner of Lot 35 in Beacon Hill
Addition Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 68 on Page 32 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line
of said Lot 35 a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence

the Board of Trustees finds that said lot is beyond the area
capable of being efficiently served by the facilities proposed to
be constructed in such Subdistrict and therefore finds that such
property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities
to be constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 490, as
amended, shall read as follows:
