AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement and has granted
the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described portion of sewer easement:
That portion of easement five (5) feet wide, granted
over the eastern five (5) feet of Lot 4 of Heim Subdivision, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, by the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 55, page 39 of the St. Louis County Records,
and now lying in Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Dana Dale, a Subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 99, page 69 of the St. Louis County Records, except-
ing therefrom the portions thereof coincident with easements
granted by the plat of said Dana Dale Subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1961.
