CALL TO ORDER. Mayor McCormack called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M.
ROLL CALL. Council Members Carpenter, Cross, Drake, Eagan, and Mayor McCormack
were present. Also present were Town Manager Stephen L. Wright, Town Attorney Dennis
Crabb and Finance Director Jill Fox.
CLOSED SESSION to discuss possible initiation of legal action against the County of
Nevada pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9; and discuss policy regarding
random drug testing pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9.
Upon returning from Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. Mayor McCormack related that no
reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
