A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR METER CHART
REMOVAL IN THE WATER ORDINANCE
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to°update Ordinances from time -to -time to
keep the laws current and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it has come to the
attention of the City Administrator there is outdated information in the current Water
Ordinance that needs to be removed and amended;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing on 06/11/14 at 7:00 p.m. to remove the meter chart in the water
ordinance.
On the 28th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Petersen introduced Resolution No. 2014-068, A RESOLUTION
Setting a Public Hearing for Meter Chart Removal in the Water Ordinance and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-068, A RESOLUTION Setting a Public
Hearing for Meter Chart Removal in the Water Ordinance to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of May, 2014
