AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Executive
Director's Office, Personal Services, to be used for engineering
studies of the Mattese Creek, Sugar Creek, Grand Glaize Creek and
Fish Pot Creek watersheds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. There is hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of
the District the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to
the Executive Director's Office, Personal Services, to be used for
engineering studies of the Mattese Creek, Sugar Creek, Grand
Glaize Creek and Fish Pot Creek watersheds.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 19, 1961.
