HomeMy Public PortalAbout00646 O R D I N A N C E NO. 646 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 168 (Marshall Avenue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 168 (Marshall Avenue). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 168 (Marshall Avenue) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) MARSHALL AVENUE Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 18 in Block 16 of Tuxedo Park, a subdivision of the Brown Tract, as recorded in Plat Book 3 on Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of Lots 18, 17, 16, 15, 14 and 13 in said Block 16 to the southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 13 and along the northern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of Marshall Avenue; thence eastwardly and southeastwardly along the centerline of said Marshall Avenue and along the centerline of relocated Marshall Avenue to it intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of said Lot 18 in Block 16 of Tuxedo Park Subdivision; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 18 to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1961.
