HomeMy Public PortalAbout00651 O R D I N A N C E NO. 651 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 169 (Watson Woods) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 169 (Watson Woods). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 169 (Watson Woods) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord.No. 651 WATSON WOODS Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Old Watson Road with the northern prolongation of the east line of Watson Woods Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 61 on Page 47 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Watson Woods Estates Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 3 in said Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 3 and along the western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of Watson Courts (50 feet wide); thence southwardly and westwardly along the centerline of said Watson Courts (Southernmost Court) to its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 14 in said Watson Woods Estates Subdivision; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Lot 14 to the westernmost line of said Subdivision; thence northwardly along the westernmost line of said Watson Woods Estates Subdivision and along the northern prolongation of said westernmost line to the centerline of Old Watson Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Old Watson Road to the point of beginning.
