AN ORDINANCE making a supplementary appropriation in
the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
Construction Department, for the expenses of providing those
connections to public sewers required by Ordinance No. 645.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars and no cents ($10,000.00)
to the Construction Department for the expenses of providing those
connections to public sewers required by Ordinance No. 645, to be
used as follows: For Personal Services $ 5,300.00 " Other Operating Expenses 2,200.00 " Capital Outlay 2,500.00
Total Appropriation $ 10,000.00
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 20, 1961.
