AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 164 (Deaver Lane)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 164 (Deaver Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 164
(Deaver Lane) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Graeser Road with the western prolongation of the
north line of Lot 1 in Wedgewood Lane Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 86 on Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the centerline of Graeser Road to the centerline
of Olive Street Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of
said Olive Street Road to the centerline of Deaver Lane; thence
southwardly along said centerline of Deaver Lane to its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the northernmost
line of said Wedgewood Lane Subdivision; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the northernmost line of Wedgewood
Lane Subdivision to the west line of Lot 5 in said subdivision;
thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 5 to the north
line of Lot 4 in said Wedgewood Lane Subdivision; thence
westwardly along the north line of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1 in said sub-
division and continuing along the western prolongation of the
north line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning.
