HomeMy Public PortalAbout00663 O R D I N A N C E NO. 663 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St.Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 162 (Graeser Road Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 162 (Graeser Road Subtrunk). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 162 (Graeser Road Subtrunk) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 663 GRAESER ROAD SUBTRUNK Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Graeser Road with the western prolongation of the north line of The Knolls Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 64 on Page 31 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the centerline of said Graeser Road to the centerline of Olive Street Road; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Olive Street Road to the centerline of Deaver Avenue, as recorded in Plat Book 13 on Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the centerline of Deaver Avenue to the centerline of The Lane, 15 feet wide, as shown in said Plat Book 13 on Page 52; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said The Lane to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of property now or formerly owned by Alan T. and Mary R. Smith, as recorded in Deed Book 2816 on Page 264 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation of the west line of said Smith property and the southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of Colonial Hills Parkway; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Colonial Hill Parkway to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of a 50 foot wide road right-of-way as shown on the plat of Colonial Hills Estates Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 77 on Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation the east line of said road right-of-way and the 3 southern prolongation of said east line to the north line of property now or formerly owned by James G. and Mary E. Alfring, as recorded in Deed Book 2143 on Page 440 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Alfring property to the northeast corner of said property; thence southwardly along the east line of said Alfring property to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the southern line of said Alfring property to the southwest corner thereof; thence westwardly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 2 in Colonial Hills Estates Plat No. 2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 85 on Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 2 to the east line of the aforesaid The Knolls Subdivision; thence northwardly along the east line of said subdivision to the north line of said subdivision; thence westwardly along the north line of said The Knolls Subdivision and continuing along the western prolongation of said north line to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
