HomeMy Public PortalAbout00664 O R D I N A N C E NO. 664 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 163 (Graeser Road Lateral) of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 163 (Graeser Road Lateral). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 163 (Graeser Road Lateral) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 664 GRAESER ROAD Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast corner of The Knolls Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 64 on Page 31 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said subdivision a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a straight line to a point on the south line of Wedgewood Lane Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86 on Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being 300 feet west of the southeast line of said Wedgewood Lane Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said subdivision to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Wedgewood Lane Subdivision to the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Roger G. & M. Korschgen, as recorded in Deed Book 3183 on Page 101 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Korschgen property to the southeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along the southern prolongation of the east line of said Korschgen property to the centerline of Colonial Hills Parkway; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Colonial Hills Parkway to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of a 50 foot wide road right-of- way, as shown on the plat of Colonial Hills Estates Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 77 on Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said road right-of-way and the southern prolongation of said east line to the north line of property now or formerly owned by James G. and Mary E. Alfring, as recorded in Deed Book 2143 on Page 440 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Alfring property to the northeast corner of said property; thence southwardly along the east line of said Alfring property to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Alfring property to the southwest corner thereof; thence westwardly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 2 in Colonial Hills Estates Plat No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 85 on Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 2 to the east line of aforesaid The Knolls Subdivision; thence northwardly along the east line of said The Knolls Subdivision to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
