HomeMy Public PortalAbout00666AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 994 O R D I N A N C E NO. 666 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 171 (West End Park North) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 171 (West End Park North). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 171 (West End Park North) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 666 WEST END PARK NORTH Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the eastern prolongation of the north line of Lot 1 in Block 17 of West End Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3 on Page 40 of the St. Louis Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 18 to the east line of Lot 26 in said Block 17; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 26 to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of Lots 26 thru 34 in said Block 17 to the northwest corner of said Lot 34, thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 34 and along the southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of German Boulevard; thence westwardly along said centerline of German Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Princess Avenue; thence northwardly along the centerline of Princess Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Donoho Place; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Donoho Place to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
