AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 176 (Halls Ferry-
Hudson) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 176 (Halls Ferry-Hudson).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 176
(Halls Ferry-Hudson) shall be as follows:

HALLS FERRY-HUDSON
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Halls Ferry Road with the western
prolongation of the southern line of Hathaway Manor No. 3
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 69 on Page 40 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation
and along the southern line of said Hathaway Manor No. 3
Subdivision to the western line of a strip of ground Reserved for
Drainage Purposes as shown on the Plat of said Hathaway Manor No.
3 Subdivision; thence southwardly along the western line of said
Drainage Right of Way to the southern line of a 30 foot wide
private Road; thence westwardly along the southern line of said
private Road to the east line of Halls Ferry Road; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Halls Ferry Road to the
north line of Lot E in Prevallet Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 47 on Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Lot E to the western line
of said Drainage Easement as shown on the Plat of Hathaway Manor
No. 10 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 85 on Page 43 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the western
line of said Drainage Easement to the south line of Lot 6 in
Morris Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 47 on Page 12
of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south
line of said Lot 6 and along the western prolongation of said
south line to the centerline of Halls Ferry Road; thence
southwardly along the centerline of Halls Ferry Road to its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of
South Capitol Drive (30 feet wide); thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of said South Capitol Drive
to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west
line of Lot 14 in Capitol Hill Subdivision, is recorded in Plat
Book 48 on Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
Lots 14 thru 1 in said subdivision and along the northern
prolongation of said west line to the centerline of Hudson Drive;
thence westwardly along said centerline of Hudson Drive to the
centerline of Capitol Hill Drive; thence northwardly and
westwardly along the centerline of Capitol Hill Drive to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 54 in Capitol Hill Plat No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 52 on Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Lot 54 to the north line of said Capitol Hill Plat No. 2
Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said north line and along the
eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Halls
Ferry Road; thence southwardly along said centerline of Halls
Ferry Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
