AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in
University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide, the center
line of which is the common lot line of Lots 5 and 6 of St.
Patrick Place, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 329 on
February 2, 1959 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the northern five (5) feet thereof and that portion
thereof lying in the thirty (30) foot wide easement over the
southern thirty (30) feet of such property.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
