AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, by instrument dated February 26, 1960, and
recorded in Book 4294, page 475, Union Electric Company granted
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, a 10 foot wide easement
for sewer purposes, and
WHEREAS, for the convenience of the District the Union
Electric Company has granted this District a new easement and this
District has no use or need for the existing easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide for sewer purposes
granted by the Union Electric Company to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by instrument dated February 28, 1960, and
recorded in Book 4294, page 475 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
