AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Frontenac, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District's use or need for such portion of easement has now
ceased,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide, granted by
instrument recorded in Book 3962, page 631 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the eastern five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1961.
