AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 173 (Elaine
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 173 (Elaine Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 173
(Elaine Drive) shall be as follows:

ELAINE DRIVE
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast
corner of Elaine Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 56 on
Page 15 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Elaine Acres Subdivision to the southwest
corner of Lot 5 of said Elaine Acres Subdivision; thence north-
wardly along the west line of said Lot 5 to the northwest corner
thereof; thence northwardly in a straight line across Elaine Drive
to the southwest corner of Lot 6 of said subdivision; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Lot 6 to the northwest
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 6
and 4 of said Elaine Acres to a point 390 feet west of the
centerline of Ballas Road; thence northwardly along a line 390
feet west of and parallel with the centerline of Ballas Road to
the northwest corner of the property now or formerly owned by Anna
S. Dean, as recorded in Deed Book 3997 on Page 224 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of
said Dean property and its prolongation eastwardly to the
centerline of Ballas Road; thence southwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the prolongation eastwardly of
the south line of aforesaid Elaine Acres Subdivision; thence
westwardly along said prolongation to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1961.
