AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Crestwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and the District
has been granted satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of the ten (10) foot wide easement over the
eastern ten (10) feet of Lot 4 of Sappington Terrace, a sub-
division of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 83, page 7 of the St. Louis County
Records, which ten foot wide easement is further identified as
having its eastern line the western line of Lots 2 and 3 of said
subdivision.
The portion vacated hereby is the western five (5) feet
of such ten (10) foot wide easement, excepting therefrom the
southern ten (10) feet and the northern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 18, 1961.
