AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 554, adopted May
18, 1961 and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof on the same
subject, repealing all proceedings in Subdistrict No. 141
(Ravenwood) including Resolution No. 420 and Resolution No. 443,
and establishing a new subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri,
to be known as Subdistrict No.141 (Ravenwood) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Board, having been informed thereon, finds
that a revision of the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 141
(Ravenwood) is advisable and desires that the revised boundaries
be determined only after a public hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 554, adopted May 18, 1961, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. All proceedings held pursuant to such
repealed ordinance in Subdistrict No. 141 (Ravenwood) are hereby
repealed, including Resolution No. 420 and Resolution No. 443.
Section Three. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 141 (Ravenwood).
Section Four. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 141
(Ravenwood) shall be as follows:

RAVENWOOD
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of New Olive Street Road with the southern
prolongation of the west line of property now or formerly owned by
Rose Schreffer, as recorded in Deed Book 3905 on Page 545 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation, along the west line of said Schreffer property and
along the northern prolongation of said west line to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 230 feet north of the
centerline of Old Olive Street Road, said 230 feet being measured
perpendicular to said centerline; thence westwardly and
southwestwardly along said parallel line to the westernmost line
of property now or formerly owned by Joseph S and Catherine M.
Wood, as recorded in Deed Book 3235 on Page 441 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along the westernmost line of
said Wood property and along the southern prolongation of said
west line to the centerline of said New Olive Street Road; thence
eastwardly along said centerline to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1962.
