HomeMy Public PortalAbout00689SECTION II AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1332 AND NO. 1349 O R D I N A N C E NO. 689 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 179 (Lindbergh and Old Olive Street) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 689 LINDBERGH AND OLD OLIVE STREET Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the centerline of New Olive Street Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said New Olive Street Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of property now or formerly owned by Rose Schreffer as recorded in Deed Book 3905 on Page 545 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Schreffer property and continuing along the northern prolongation of said west line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 230 feet north of the centerline of Old Olive Street Road, said 230 feet being measured at right angles to said centerline; thence eastward- ly along said parallel line to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard) thence southwardly along the centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1962.
