HomeMy Public PortalAbout00694 O R D I N A N C E NO. 694 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 313, adopted August 27, 1959, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 313, adopted August 27, 1959, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the area described as follows: Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Weber Road with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of Carondelet Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 27 on Page 50 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said subdivision to its inter- section with a line parallel with and 125 feet perpendicularly distant from the northeastern line of said Weber Road; thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to the northwest line of Lot A of Outlot 5, as recorded in City Surveyor's Record Book 10 on Page 60 of the City of St. Louis Records, said line also being the northwest line or property now or formerly owned by Harley W. and Jewell Thompson, as recorded in Deed Book 6584 on Page 249 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot A and along 2 the southwestern prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline of Weber Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Weber Road to the point of beginning. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 313, as amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two". The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 3 Ord. No. 694 Revised 1/18/62 OUTLOT 5 Beginning in the centerline of Weber Road at the point of intersection of the St. Louis City Limits Line of 1876 and the southwestward prolongation of the northwestern line of Lot A in Outlot 5, as recorded in Surveyor's Record Book 10 on Page 60 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence in a north- eastwardly direction along the said southwestward prolongation and along the northwest line of said Lot A to the point of its intersection with a line parallel to and one hundred and twenty- five (125) feet perpendicularly distant from the northeastern line of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along said parallel line to the southeastern line of Lot E of Outlot 5, now or formerly owned by Glenn T. and Marie E. Robinson, as recorded in Book 6871 on Page 8 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office, said southeastern line being more or less perpendicular to the northeast line of Weber Road and three hundred and eighty-six and seventy-seven hundredths (386.77) feet northwest of the northwest line of an unnamed road, twenty (20) feet wide as measured along the northeast line of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide; thence in a southwesterly direction along the southeastern line of said Lot E to the northeast line of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along the northeastern line of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide to 4 its intersection with the north-eastward projection of the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Bessie F. Godair and Norma L. Dunlop, as recorded in Deed Book 3468 on Page 586 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said projection and along said southeast line to the southernmost corner of said Godair and Dunlop property; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Godair and Dunlop property and said line projected north-westwardly to its intersection with a line parallel to and five hundred and fifteen (515) feet perpendicularly distant from the northwest line of Avenue "H"; thence in a northeasterly direction along said parallel line to the centerline of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Weber Road, forty (40) feet wide, to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1962.
