AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Maintenance Department, Sewers
Division, for capital outlay for the purchase of a television pipe
inspection camera system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($13,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department, Sewers Division, for capital outlay for the purchase
of a television pipe inspection camera system, to include camera,
controls, carriers, and other accessories incident to the
efficient inspection of sewers by television.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1962.
