AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 181 (Bataan and
Boswell) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the District is empowered by Paragraphs (4), (5),
(6), (15) and (21) of Section 3.020 of its Plan to acquire
property by purchase, to extend its public sewer and drainage
systems, and to meet the cost of acquiring, improving, and ex-
tending sewer or drainage facilities from the proceeds of
special benefit assessments or bills evidencing such assess-
ments, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that said powers be exercised to
purchase, extend, and improve a sanitary sewer system owned by
Town Service, Inc., a Missouri corporation, serving or capable of
serving an area in St. Louis County, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to form a subdistrict before the
purchase price can be fixed and the Board of Trustees can declare
the necessity of such purchase, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has caused a public hearing to
be held on the question whether this ordinance shall be adopted,
in order to determine whether or not those interested desire that
the District proceed with negotiations for such purchase, and
WHEREAS, if this ordinance is adopted, another public
hearing will be held thereafter to advise the Board of Trustees on
whether such purchase, extension, and improvement are in the

public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby established a subdistrict of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which private
sewer or drainage facilities may be acquired, reconstructed, ex-
tended or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such sub-
district shall be known as Subdistrict No. 181 (Bataan and
Boswell).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 181 (Bataan
and Boswell) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast
corner of lot 30 in Block 3 of Eleanor Park Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 28 on Page 15 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said lot 30 to
the northeast corner of said lot 30; thence northwardly across
Kathlyn Drive 50 feet wide to the southeast corner of Lot 17 of
Block 10 in said Eleanor Park Subdivision; thence northwardly
along the east line of said Lot 17 to the northeast corner of said
Lot 17; thence westwardly along the north line of lots 17 and 18
in said Block 10 to the southeast corner of Lot 7 in Mark Dale
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 70 on Page 2 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot
7 to the northeast corner of said Lot 7; thence northeastwardly
across Harold Drive, 50 feet wide, to the southeast corner of Lot
4 in said Mark Dale Subdivision; thence northwardly along the east
line of said lot 4 to the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence
westwardly along the north line of Lot 4, 3, 2 and 1 in said Mark
Dale Subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
northwardly along the east line of Woodson Hills Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 58 on Page 21 of the St. Louis County Re-
cords to the northeast corner of said Subdivision; thence west-
wardly along the north line of said Subdivision to the northwest
corner of lot 16 in said Woodson Hills Subdivision; thence south-

wardly along the west line of said lot 16 to the southwest corner
of said lot 16; thence southwardly across Corregidor Avenue, 50
feet wide, to the northwest corner of Lot 98 in said Woodson Hills
Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said lot 98
to the southwest corner of said lot 98; thence westwardly along
the north line of lots 76 through 85 to the northwest corner of
said Lot 85; thence northwardly along the east line of Lot 87 in
said Subdivision to the northeast corner of said lot 87; thence
northwardly across said Corregidor Avenue to the southeast corner
of Lot 6 in said Woodson Hills Subdivision; thence northwardly
along the east line of said Lot 6 to the northeast corner of said
Lot 6; thence west-wardly along the north line of said Woodson
Hills Subdivision to the east line of lot "A" in said Subdivision;
thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot "A" and along
the southern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of
Bataan Avenue; thence westwardly along the centerline of said
Bataan Avenue to the centerline of Woodson Road; thence
southwardly along said centerline of Woodson Road to its
intersection with the western prolongation of the south line of
lot 20 in Block 6 of said Eleanor Park Subdivision; thence
eastwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of lots 20 through 33 in
said Block 6 and along the eastern prolongation of the south line
of said lot 33 to the centerline of Gordon Avenue; thence south-
wardly along said centerline to the centerline of Bobb Avenue;

thence eastwardly along said centerline of Bobb Avenue to the
centerline of Boswell Avenue; thence northwardly along said
centerline of Boswell Avenue to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the south line of lot 25 in Block 4 of said
Eleanor Park Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of lot 25 through 48 in said
Block 4 to the southeast corner of said lot 48; thence eastwardly
along a straight line across Herbert Avenue to the southwest
corner of lot 24 in Block 3 of said Eleanor Park Subdivision;
thence eastwardly along the south line of lots 24 through 30 in
said Block 3 to the point of beginning.
