County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 182
(Hanley and Cler) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 182 (Hanley and Cler).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 182 (Hanley
and Cler) shall be as follows:

HANLEY AND CLER
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Cler Avenue with the centerline of Lyndhurst
Avenue; thence northwardly along the centerline of said Lyndhurst
Avenue to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the
north line of lot 11 in Block 4 of Schultz City Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 23 on Page 43 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the
north line of lots 11 and 18 in said Block 4 and along the west-
ern prolongation of the north line of said lot 18 to the center-
line of Hanley Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of
said Hanley Road to its intersection with the western prolongation
of the north line of lot 27 in said Block 4 of Schultz City
Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and
along the north line of lots 27 and 2 in said Block 4 to the
northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by James E.
Gansman, as recorded in Deed Book 3887 on Page 359 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of
said Gansman property and along the southern prolongation of said
east line to the centerline of Cler Avenue; thence eastwardly
along the centerline of said Cler Avenue to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 19, 1962
