AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 183 (General
Grant Trunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer of drainage
facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the
expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as
Subdistrict No. 183 (General Grant Trunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 183
(General Grant Trunk) shall be as follows:

GENERAL GRANT TRUNK
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
centerlines of Rock Hill and Pardee Roads; thence southwesterly
along the centerline of said Pardee Road, 150+ feet to the
intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of
the property now or formerly owned by James V. and Helen Huffman,
as recorded in Deed Book 2553 on Page 256 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along said
west line and its prolongation southwardly 563.20 feet to the
south line of the property now or formerly owned by Hubert A.
Thomas, as recorded in Deed Book 3564 on page 515 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence westwardly along said south line and its
prolongation westwardly 205.12 feet to the intersection with the
centerline of Pardee Road; thence southwardly along said
centerline 366.69 feet to its intersection with the prolongation
westwardly of the south line of property now or formerly owned by
C. J. and W. F. Maechler, as recorded in Deed Book 1554 on Page
199 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
western prolongation and said south line a distance 341.23 feet to
a point, said point being 300 feet west of the west line of
General Grant Place 2nd Addition Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 72 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly and parallel with said west line of General Grant
Place 2nd Addition Subdivision and its southern prolongation to
the south line of the property now or formerly owned by Joseph

Cardinal Ritter, Archbishop of St. Louis, as recorded in Deed Book
2796 on Page 348, Deed Book 3076 on Page 400, Deed Book 3163 on
Page 464, Deed Book 2942 on Page 104, Deed Book 2061 on Page 122
and Deed Book 565 on Page 446 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence westwardly along the south line of said Ritter property and
its prolongation westwardly 695 feet to the centerline of Pardee
Road; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest
line of the property now or formerly owned by Walter G. H.
Stuckmeyer, as recorded in Deed Book 4315 on Page 319 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said
prolongation and along said southwest line to a point, said point
being 255 feet northwest of the most southern corner of said
Stuckmeyer property; thence southwestwardly along a straight line
a distance of 1,040+ feet to the intersection of the centerlines
of Grant and Pardee Roads; thence southeastwardly along the
centerline of said Grant Road 555 feet to a point; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to said point, said point being
located on the southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of
aforesaid Stuckmeyer property 255 feet southeast of the most
southern corner of said Stuckmeyer property; thence
southeastwardly along a straight line to the most western corner
of Lot 23 of Monterey Meadows Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book
95 on Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southeastwardly to the most southern corner of said subdivision;

thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said
subdivision to the northeast corner thereof, also being the
northeast corner of Lot 36 of said subdivision; thence northwardly
in a straight line to the southeast corner of the property now or
formerly owned by William C. Petrovic, as recorded in Deed Book
2683 on Page 244 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Petrovic property to a
point, said point being 170 feet west of the centerline of General
Grant Lane; thence northwardly and parallel with the centerline of
Beneral Grant Lane to the south line of Lot 6 General Grant Place
Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 43 on Page 59 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot
6 of said subdivision to the southeast corner thereof,also being
the southwest corner of General Grant Place Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 36 on Page 39 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along the west line of said
subdivision to the northwest corner thereof, also being the
northeast corner of Lot 10 of General Grant Place 2nd Addition, as
recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said Lot 10 to
its intersection with the prolongation southwardly of the east
line of the property now or formerly owned by Oliver A. Wirthlin,
as recorded in Deed Books 1915 on Page 102 and 2068 on Page 222 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and said east line and its prolongation northwardly

to the south line of the property now or formerly owned by Ralph
and Rosemary Wirthlin, as recorded in Deed Book 3097 on Page 93 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south
line of last mentioned Wirthlin property to the southeast corner
thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Wirthlin
property to the northeast corner thereof, also being the south
line of property now or formerly owned by Winifred Mosby, as
recorded in Deed Books 2466 on Page 148 and 4510 on Page 80 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said south line
to the southeast corner of said Mosby property; thence northwardly
along the east line of said Mosby property and its prolongation
northwardly to the south line of the property now or formerly
owned by S. Schmidt, as recorded in Deed Book 2069 on page 158 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said south
line to a point, said point being 180 feet west of the centerline
of General Grant Lane; thence eastwardly along said north line to
the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Joseph
and Catherine Halek, as recorded in Deed Book 3504 on Page 225 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west
line of said Halek property and its prolongation northwardly to
the centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence westwardly along the
centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence westwardly along the
centerlines of Rock Hill Road to the point of beginning.
