AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St. Louis
County Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of easements, and has
granted this District satisfactory substitute easements therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of easements granted by the plat of
Northgate Estates Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 95,
page 67 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom those
portions of such easements which coincide with the easements and
streets as granted by the Amended Plat of Northgate Estates
Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, pages 50 and 51 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 19, 1962.
