AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District, for its convenience and necessity
has relocated such easement, and the owners of such easement have
granted the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described portion of sewer easement:
That easement granted by John T. Turner and Viola L.
Turner, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 4371, page 192 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the western ten
(10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 19, 1962.
