AN ORDINANCE, transferring the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) from the balance in the segregated fund styled
"Escrow Deposits", a former Russell and Company account, to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
segregated fund styled "Escrow Deposit", a former Russell and
Company account, and is hereby transferred to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 19, 1962.
