AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Maintenance Department, Plants Division, for capital
outlay for the purchase of the fixtures and equipment of the
operating sewage lift station serving the public sewers in
Providence Park Subdivision.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby set apart and appropriated out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department, Plants Division, for capital outlay for the purchase
of the fixtures and equipment of the sewage lift station serving
the public sewers of Providence Park Subdivision and discharging
to the sewer system formerly of Russell and Company.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 19, 1962.
