AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St.Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 186 (Shari Acres)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 186 (Shari Acres).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No.186 (Shari
Acres) shall be as follows:

SHARI ACRES
Beginning at the southeast corner of Shari Acres
Subdivision. as recorded in Plat Book 51 on Page 5 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the southern line of
said subdivision to the southwestern corner of Lot 8 of said Shari
Acres Subdivision; thence northwardly along the western line of
said Lot 8 and the northwardly prolongation thereof to the
centerline of Shari Drive 50 feet wide; thence westwardly along
the centerline of Shari Drive to its intersection with the
southwardly prolongation of the western line of Lot 3 of said
Shari Acres Subdivision; thence northwardly along the said
prolongation and along the western line of Lot 3 to the northwest
corner of said Lot 3, said corner also being in the northern line
of said Shari Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the
northern line of said subdivision to the northeast corner thereof,
said corner being a point on the western line of a tract of land
described in a Deed to James L. and Anna A. Cunningham as recorded
in Deed Book 3082 on Page 342 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along the west line of said Cunningham property
to the northwest corner of the said tract; thence eastwardly, and
southeastwardly along the northern and northeastern lines of the
aforesaid tract to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly
along the southern line of said Cunningham property to the
southwest corner thereof; said corner also being a point on the
eastern line of aforesaid Shari Acres Subdivision; thence
southwardly along said eastern line to the southeast corner of
Shari Acres Subdivision, the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1962.
