AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 188 (Lily Avenue)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 188 (Lily Avenue).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 188
(Lily Avenue) shall be as follows:

LILY AVENUE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Lily Avenue (40 feet wide) with the southern
prolongation of the west line of Lot 6 in Highland Terrace
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 10 Page 79 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and
along the west line of said Lot 6 to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 150 feet north of the centerline of said Lily
Avenue, said 150 feet being measured at right angles to said
centerline; thence eastwardly along said parallel line to the
centerline of Emmerson Avenue; thence southwardly along the
centerline of Emmerson Avenue to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 150 feet south of the centerline of Lily Avenue,
said 150 feet being measured at right angles to said centerline;
thence westwardly along said parallel line to the west line of Lot
3 in said Highland Terrace Subdivision; thence northwardly along
the west line of said Lot 3 and along the northern prolongation of
said west line to the centerline of Lily Avenue; thence westwardly
along the centerline of Lily Avenue to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1962.
