HomeMy Public PortalAbout00714 O R D I N A N C E NO. 714 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 482, adopted December 12, 1960, for the purpose of clarifying the description of the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 118 (Dielman Road Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 482, as adopted December 12, 1960 is hereby amended by striking from Section Two thereof, beginning at line 11 the words "thence eastwardly across Dielman Road to the northwest corner of Lot 10 of G. W. Biernes Estate, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 151 of the City of St. Louis (formerly County) Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 10 and 11 of said Biernes Estate to the intersection of said north line of Lot 11 with a line parallel with and 200 feet east of the east line of said Lot 10 of G. W. Biernes Estate; thence southwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned by Raymond and Opal L. Theilmann, as recorded in Deed Book 3107, Page 211 of the St. Louis County Records;" and by substituting therefor the words, "thence eastwardly across Dielman Road to the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Carl J. and Katherine S. Donelson, as recorded in Deed Book 4415 on Page 122 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Donelson property to the northeast corner thereof, also being the northwest corner of property now or 2 formerly owned by Gerhard and Gudrun Nebel, as recorded in Deed Book 3087 on Page 136 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Nebel property and along the eastern prolongation thereof to a point, said point being 200 feet east of the east line of aforesaid Nebel property; thence southwardly along a line parallel to the east line of said Nebel property to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned by Raymond and Opal L. Theilman, as recorded in Deed Book 3107 on Page 211 of the St. Louis County Records;" so that said Section Two, as amended, shall read as follows: Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 118 (Dielman Road Lateral) shall be as follows: Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Dielman Road with the centerline of Olive Street Road; thence westwardly along said centerline of Olive Street Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 13 of Tower Hill Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 107 of the City of St. Louis (formerly County) Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 13 to the northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 13 to the west line of Dielman Road; thence eastwardly across Dielman Road to the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Carl J. and Katherine S. Donelson, as recorded in Deed Book 4415 on Page 122 of the St. Louis County 3 Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Donelson property to the northeast corner thereof, also being the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Gerhard and Gudrun Nebel, as recorded in Deed Book 3087 on Page 136 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Nebel property and along the eastern prolongation thereof to a point, said point being 200 feet east of the east line of aforesaid Nebel property; thence southwardly along a line parallel to the east line of said Nebel property to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned by Raymond and Opal L. Theilmann, as recorded in Deed Book 3107 on Page 211 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Theilmann property and continuing along the western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of Dielmann Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Dielmann Road to the point of beginning.
