HomeMy Public PortalAbout00720 O R D I N A N C E NO. 720 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in City of St. Louis, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 191 (Lexington and Palm) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 191 (Lexington and Palm). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 191 (Lexington and Palm) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 720 LEXINGTON AND PALM Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Euclid Avenue with the centerline of Lexington Avenue; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Lexington Avenue to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Marvin and Geraldine Beard, as recorded in Deed Book 7451 on Page 454 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Beard property to the northwest, southeast centerline of City Block 4453 in the City of St. Louis; thence northwestwardly along said centerline and along the northwestern prolongation of said centerline to the centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Euclid Avenue to the point of beginning.
