AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 190 (Northgate
and Coburg) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 190 (Northgate and Coburg).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 190 (Northgate
and Coburg) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point said point being the northeast
corner of Riverview Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
13 on Page 84 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along the east line of said subdivision to the northeast corner of
Lot 433 of said subdivision; thence westwardly along the north
lines of Lots 433 thru 438 of said subdivision to the northwest
corner of said Lot 438; thence westwardly along the western
prolongation of the north line of said Lot 438 to the centerline
of Northgate Drive; thence southwardly along said centerline to
its intersection with a line parallel to and 62.5 feet south of
the north line of Lot 439 of said subdivision, thence westwardly
along said parallel line to its intersection with the west line of
said Lot 439; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot
439 to the northwest corner thereof, said northwest corner also
being the southeast corner of Lot 456 of said Riverview Gardens
Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot
456 and Lot 455 to the southwest corner of the property now or
formerly owned by R. E. Trautwein, as recorded in Deed Book 3754
on Page 237 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Trautwein property and its
prolongation northwardly to the centerline of Coburg Avenue;
thence westwardly along said centerline to its intersection with
the southern prolongation of the west line of the property now or
formerly owned by D. Jewel Bradham, as recorded in Deed Book 2005
on Page 351 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along said prolongation and said west line to the north line of
said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence,eastwardly along said
north line to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1962.
