AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in the
City of Frontenac, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested this
District to vacate such portions of easements and is granting the
District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates the following described portions of sewer
easements:
An easement of varying width over the eastern thirty
(30) feet and ten (10) feet of Lot 3 of Briar Ridge, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Mo., according to the plat thereof in the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the northern ten (10)
feet thereof.
That portion of easement 23.07 feet wide over the
western 23.07 feet of Lot 2 of aforesaid Briar Ridge Subdivision,
excepting therefrom the northern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1962.
