AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 192 (Lookout
Drive) of the Metropolitan St. louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 192 (Lookout Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 192
(Lookout Drive) shall be as follows:

LOOKOUT DRIVE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Lookout Drive and the northern prolongation
of the east line of Lot 29 of Riverview Gardens Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 11 on Page 27 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said northern prolongation and
along the east line of said Lot 29 to the northernmost corner of
Lot 11 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence southeast-
wardly along the northeastern line of said Lot 11 of said subdi-
vision to the westernmost corner of Lot 31 of said subdivision;
thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of Lots 31 & 32 to
the northernmost corner of Lot 32 of said subdivision; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to the westernmost corner of
Lot 33 in said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence northeast-
wardly along the northwest line of Lots 33, 34 & 35 of said
subdivision to the northernmost corner of said Lot 35; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 35 to the
easternmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the
southeast line of Lots 35, 34 & 33 of said Riverview Gardens
Subdivision to the southernmost corner of said Lot 33, being on
the northeast line of a 30 foot wide walk; thence southwestwardly
in a straight line across said 30 foot wide walk to the eastern
most corner of Lot 32 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision;

thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 32 to
the southernmost corner thereof, also being the northernmost
corner of Lot 8 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence
south-eastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 8 and its
prolon-gation southeastwardly to the centerline of Riverview
Drive; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with a line 150 feet south of and parallel with the
centerline of Adrian Drive, said 150 feet being measured at right
angles to said centerline; thence westwardly along said parallel
line to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the
east line of Lot 12 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence
northwardly along said prolongation to the centerline of Adrian
Drive; thence westwardly and northwestwardly along said centerline
to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
northwest line of Lot 16 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision;
thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the
northwest line of said Lot 16 and along the northeastern
prolongation of said northwest line to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the centerline of an alley 20 feet wide as
shown on the Plat of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision; thence
eastwardly along said prolongation and along the centerline of
said alley to its intersection with the southern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 27 of said Riverview Gardens Subdivision;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line
of said Lot 27 and its prolongation northwardly to the centerline

of Lookout Drive; thence northeastwardly along said centerline to
the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1962.
