A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO BRYANT'S OFF 6 AT 107
W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by the Bryant's Off 6 located with the corporate city
limits of Tiffin, Iowa, and;
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the Alcohol Permit for
Bryants Off 6, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority,
approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
WHEREUPON, On the 28th day of May 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution 2014-069 and made a motion for A
RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE BRYANT'S OFF 6
DOING BUSINESS AT 107 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA. Motion seconded by Council person Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none
Absent: none
With five votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2014-069
APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO BRYANT'S OFF 6 DOING BUSINESS AT
107 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA, by adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of May 2014 and approved by the Mayor.
