AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City
of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
have granted this District satisfactory substitute easement
therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by Peter J. Danna and Harriette P.
Danna, his wife, by instrument dated September 21, 1961, and
recorded in Book 4670 page 269 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom the north ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1962.
