AN ORDINANCE vacating easements and portions of
easements in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easements and portions of easements,
and this District has no need or use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements and
portions of sewer easements in Paddock Meadows Plat No. 1, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded as Daily No. 105 on February 26, 1962, are hereby
vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northern five
(5) feet of Lot 13 and the southern five (5) feet, plus a widening
to eight (8) feet on the east, of Lot 14 of such subdivision,
excepting therefrom the western ten (10) feet thereof.
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northern five
(5) feet of Lot 26 and the eastern 89.30 feet of the southern five
(5) feet of Lot 30 of aforesaid subdivision,
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northern five
(5) feet, plus a widening to eight (8) feet on the west, of Lot
29, and the western 110.40 feet of the southern five (5) feet of
Lot 31 of said subdivision,
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the eastern 104
feet of the northern five (5) feet, plus a widening on the east to
seven (7) feet, of Lot 40, and the southern five (5) feet of Lot
42 of said subdivision,
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northern five
(5) feet, plus a widening to eight (8) feet on the west, of Lot
41, excepting therefrom the eastern five (5) feet thereof; and
over the southern five (5) feet of Lot 44 of aforesaid
subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1962.
