AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of easement in the City
of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of sewer easement ten (10) feet wide, lying
in part of Lot 22, Rose Hill Subdivision, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 59 of the City, former County, of St. Louis
Records, the center line of which easement is described as
follows:
Beginning at its intersection with the north line of the
east-west portion of Wood Dell Court 50 feet wide at a point 87
feet more or less east of the intersection of such north line of
Wood Dell Court with the east line of the north-south portion of
Wood Dell Court; thence northwestwardly in a straight line to its
intersection with the south line of Woodbine Avenue 80 feet wide
at a point 47.5 feet more or less east of the intersection of the
said south line of Woodbine Avenue and the east line of said
north-south portion of Wood Dell Court.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1962.
