AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the said owner of subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement and
this District has no further use for such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement in Section II of Page Industrial Center, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 87 Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That portion of north-south sewer and utility easement
of the combined width of fifteen (15) feet, over property now or
formerly of Investment Capital Corporation, as described as Parcel
No. 1 in instrument recorded in Book 4572, Page 433 of the St.
Louis County Records, the east line of which is described as
beginning at its intersection with the north line of said
property, which point of intersection is 356 feet more or less
west of an old concrete monument in the southeast corner of
property now or formerly of St. Louis Hardware Manufacturing
Company, measured along said northern line; thence south 150 feet
more or less to its intersection with the north line of a sanitary
sewer and utility easement twenty (20) feet wide over the south
twenty (20) feet of such property.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1962.
