AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 422,
adopted July 7, 1960, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 107 (Mert-Hobday) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 422, adopted July 7, 1960, is
hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 107 (Mert-Hobday), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the
area described as follows, for the reason that the Board of
Trustees finds that such area is beyond the area capable of being
efficiently served by the facilities proposed to be constructed in
said Subdistrict:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8 of "Far-
View", a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 75, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along the west line of said
Lot 8 and its southern prolongation to the centerline of Far-View
Avenue, 40' wide; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Far-
View Avenue to its intersection with the northern prolongation of
the west line of property conveyed to George Steinkruger by deed
recorded in Deed Book 2731, Page 508, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the
west line of said Steinkruger property to its intersection with a
line parallel with and 150 feet south of the south line of said

Far-View Avenue; thence eastwardly along said parallel line to the
centerline of Ashby Road; thence northwardly along said centerline
of Ashby Road to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of
the north line of said "Far-View"; thence westwardly along said
prolongation, and along the north line of "Far-View", to the point
of beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 422, as
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 107
(Mert-Hobday) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest
corner of Acreton Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17 on Page
62 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the
west line of said Acreton Subdivision to the northwest corner of
Lot 25 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line
of Lots 25 and 26 of said Acreton Subdivision to a point 100 feet
east of the northwest corner of said Lot 26, as measured along
said north line; thence southwardly along a line parallel with and
100 feet east of the west line of said Lot 26 to the centerline of
Litz Avenue, (50 feet w|de); thence eastwardly along said
centerline of Litz Avenue to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 75 feet west of the east line of Lot 43 of said Acreton
Subdivision: thence southwardly along said parallel line to the
south line of said Acreton Subdivision, said south line being also
the north line of Acreton Addition Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 20 on Page 118 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the north line of said Acreton Addition
Subdivision to a point 4.64 feet west of the west line of Lot 13
of said subdivision; thence southwardly along a line, parallel
with and 4.64 feet west of the west line of said Lot 13, to the
centerline of Hobday Avenue, (40 feet wide); thence eastwardly
along said centerline of Hobday Avenue to its intersection with
the northern prolongation of the west line of Lot 10 in South

Acreton Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 20 on Page 119 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 10 to the
southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said "South Acreton", and its eastern prolongation to the
centerline of Ashby Road; thence northwardly along said centerline
of Ashby Road to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of
the north line of said "Acreton" thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along said north line of "Acreton" to the point
of beginning.
