AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 602,
adopted August 31, 1961, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 156 (Stafford Estates) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 602, adopted August 31, 1961,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 156 (Stafford Estates), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, the area described as follows, for the reason that
the Board of Trustees finds that such area is beyond the area
capable of being efficiently served by the facilities proposed to
be constructed in said Subdistrict:
Beginning in the centerline of Weber Road, at its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of
Lot 5 of "Crestmoor", a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38 Page 73, St.
Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 5 to its
southeast corner; thence westwardly along the south line of Lots
5, 4, 3 and 2 of "Crestmoor" to the southeast corner of property
conveyed to Gene A. Frangiosa by deed recorded as Daily No. 308 on
June 15, 1959, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Frangiosa property, and
its western prolongation, to an intersection with the centerline

of Laclede Station Road; thence northwardly along said centerline
of Laclede Station Road to its intersection with the centerline of
said Weber Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Weber
Road to the point of beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 602, as
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two". The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 156
(Stafford Estates) shall be as follows:

STAFFORD ESTATES
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Laclede Station Road with the western
prolongation of the south line of Georgia Street; thence
eastwardly along said prolongation and along said south line of
Georgia Street to the northeast corner of Lot 12 in Block 3 of
Stafford Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 23 on Page
23 of the St. Louis County Records: thence southwardly along the
east line of said Lot 12 and along the southern prolongation of
said east line to the centerline of Stafford Court; thence
eastwardly and southwardly along the centerline of said Stafford
Court to the centerline of Weber Road: thence westwardly along
the centerline of Weber Road to its intersection with the
centerline of said Laclede Station Road: thence northwardly along
said centerline of Laclede Station Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1962.
