AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement, and this District has been
provided with a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide granted by Old Warson
Country Club to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District on
October 23, 1961, and recorded in Book 4703, page 588 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1962.
